Accordingly, Vietnam will host Japan at My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi on November 11 and Saudi Arabia five days later, as the team continue their World Cup qualifying campaign next month. Both matches will take place at 7 pm.

For the match between Vietnam and Japan, fans can register on the VinID mobile app to purchase tickets online until midnight on October 30 or until tickets are sold out (if before the above time).

For tickets of the match against Saudi Arabia, the deadline to buy is midnight on November 4 or until tickets are sold out.

There are 4 types of tickets sold depending on the areas in the stands, with the highest denomination being VND 1.2 million per ticket and the lowest being VND500,000.

At the "Buy tickets" feature on the VinID app, fans choose to buy tickets and pay with VinID Pay e-wallets, domestic cards, or international cards. Each customer is allowed to buy up to 2 tickets/match/ID card or Citizen ID card. Buyers will receive their booked tickets by post.

Earlier, the People’s Committee of Hanoi has approved a plan on the organisation of the matches.

Accordingly, My Dinh Stadium will be open at 30% of its capacity, meaning that about 12,000 spectators will be allowed to come to the stadium during the two matches.

To be eligible to enter the stadium, fans must be fully vaccinated with the second shot being injected at least 14 days prior or have recovered from COVID-19 within the past six months; test negative for the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 within 72 hours before kick-off; and follow the Ministry of Health’s 5K message.

Vietnam have yet to collect any points after four matches and are at the bottom of Group B of the final qualifying round, which they played for the first time ever.

Vietnam are of the same group with Japan, Australia, Saudi Arabia, China and Oman.

Playing at home with the support of home fans will be an extremely important source of encouragement for the national team in collecting their first historic points in the final qualifying round.
