Nadal reclaims world number one tag from Djokovic

Rafa Nadal dethroned Serbia's Novak Djokovic to reclaim the number one spot in the ATP rankings on Monday following the Spaniard's semi-final run at the Paris Masters.

* Ashleigh Barty of Australia tops the end of season women's tennis rankings released Monday (Nov 4), a day after her triumph in the WTA Finals in Shenzhen, China. With 7,851 points, Barty, who has topped the rankings since early September, eclipsed second-placed Karolína Plí?ková (5,940 points) by almost 2,000 points.

* Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino hinted the club may appeal against Son Heung-min's red card following the horrific injury suffered by Everton's Andre Gomes in the 1-1 draw on Sunday (Nov 3).

* This month's Davis Cup tie between Pakistan and India, scheduled to take place in Islamabad, must now be played at a "neutral venue" due to security concerns, the International Tennis Federation (ITF) said on Monday (Nov 4).
