Jesus double gives Man City much-needed win at Burnley

Manchester City's Gabriel Jesus struck twice and Rodri scored a screamer in a confident 4-1 win at Burnley on Tuesday as the champions showed signs they may be able to keep the Premier League title race alive.

* Olympique de Marseille moved within two points of Ligue 1 leaders Paris St Germain as Dimitri Payet scored one and set up the other in a 2-0 win at Angers on Tuesday.

* Nigeria international Josh Maja scored a hat-trick as Bordeaux hammered Nimes 6-0 to go third in Ligue 1 as Andre Villas-Boas' second-placed Marseille moved within two points of leaders Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday (Dec 3) with a 2-0 victory at Angers.

* All 32 England's FA Cup third-round ties will be delayed by one minute as part of a campaign to promote mental health, the Football Association has said. The 'Take a Minute' initiative is in partnership with the FA's Heads Up campaign and Public Health England's Every Mind Matters programme.
