* Inter Milan have signed Serbia defender Aleksandar Kolarov from AS Roma on a permanent deal, the Serie A club said on Tuesday. Kolarov scored 19 goals and had 20 assists in 132 games in all competitions for Roma after his arrival from Premier League club Manchester City in 2017.
* Bundesliga club Schalke 04 will distribute some of their 300 tickets for the first two home matches of the season to healthcare professionals and senior home workers to thank them for their work during the COVID-19 pandemic, the club have said. Schalke got the green light from the local health authority to allow initially up to 300 spectators for every home game inside the 62,000-capacity Auf Schalke Arena.
* Arsenal's Spanish defender Hector Bellerin has become the second-largest shareholder in Forest Green Rovers, the world's most environmentally sustainable football club, according to FIFA. * European clubs are facing a cash crisis and the transfer market could shrink by 20-30% because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the head of the association which represents them said on Tuesday. Andrea Agnelli, chairman of the European Club Association, said clubs across the continent were losing revenue from broadcasters, gate receipts and sponsors due to measures to combat COVID-19.
