State Management Review celebrates the 30th anniversary of first issue

The State Management Review (under the National Academy of Public Administration) held a ceremony in Hanoi on May 26 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of its first issue (1993-2023).
Under the authorization of the Prime Minister, the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister was presented to the State Management Review by Le Quoc Minh, who is a Member of the Party Central Committee (PCC), Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper, Deputy Head of the PCC Commission for Communication and Education, and Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association; and Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Trieu Van Cuong.

Addressing the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Editor-in-Chief of the State Management Review, said that the magazine operates under the (original) Publishing License No. 183/BC-GPXB, dated January 20, 1993, imposed by the Ministry of Culture and Information (now the Ministry of Information and Communications). Its first issue was released in May 1993.

Over the past 30 years, the State Management Review has always adhered to the core principles, purposes, and tasks; propagating the Party's guidelines and guidelines as well as the State's policies and laws; and disseminated knowledge and operational skills on state management to cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers throughout the country.

Initially, the State Management Review had one printed publication. Today, there are three publications: Print magazine; Electronic magazine, with domain name: https://www.quanlyhanuoc.vn; and an English version of the State Management Review.

The content of articles published in the State Management Journal always ensures the political, scientific, directional, and practical; promptly propagating the guidelines and lines of the Party and the policies and laws of the State; propagating the country's socio-economic development achievements; deeply reflecting the results of administrative scientific research on the practice of state management, suggesting new research directions.

Achievements in all aspects of the State Management Review's activities have been recognised and awarded by the Party and State with many titles, including: Third-class Labour Medal (2002); many certificates of merit; and Emulation Flags of the Prime Minister, the director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the director of the National Academy of Public Administration.
