"Live fully in Vietnam" campaign launched to welcome international guests

In order to strengthen the communication of opening the door to welcome visitors, the National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) has implemented a promotion and advertising campaign called "Live fully in Vietnam" in association with the national tourism brand identity: Vietnam Timeless Charm.

The message "Live fully in Vietnam" aims to invite international tourists back to Vietnam - a safe and attractive destination. For the first time since March 2020, international tourists have been able to re-experience a vibrant Vietnam with beautiful nature, sunny beaches, and a cultural identity that is respected by international friends.

On November 20, Phu Quoc welcomed 204 Korean tourists under the pilot programme to welcome international visitors with vaccine passports.

Previously, on November 17 and 18, Quang Nam Province welcomed 129 international tourists from the US, France, the UK, Germany, the Republic of Korea (ROK), and Switzerland, under the vaccine passport pilot programme.

It is expected that Phu Quoc City (Kien Giang), Hoi An (Quang Nam), Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa), Da Nang and Quang Ninh will welcome more international tourists under the pilot programme in the near future to affirm the attractiveness of Vietnam in the new context, towards the travel experience "Live fully in Vietnam".

In order to enhance the effectiveness of the "Live fully in Vietnam" campaign, the VNAT is actively implementing activities to promote and stimulate tourism recovery, including: Identity design; Building promotional video clips; and Promotion through images and articles on international and domestic media channels such as vietnam.travel page and social network pages of VNAT on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, and Tiktok.

The diplomatic missions representing Vietnam abroad, localities, businesses and domestic and foreign partners will coordinate to promotion, especially on a number of major international media channels such as CNN.

The promotion campaign “Live fully in Vietnam” is expected to be effective, attracting international tourists, showing international tourists that Vietnam is ready to invite the world back to experience good times in Vietnam.
