Nguyen Thanh Ha, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Khanh Hoa Province, emphasised: Coming to Nha Trang and Khanh Hoa this summer, tourists can not only admire the scenic spots, art monuments, and very different cultural characteristics, as well as experience interesting activities on the sea and enjoy the unique local cuisine, they can also enjoy special and rich art programmes. He expressed his hope that Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa would be the first choice of every visitor.
The "Nha Trang - Hello Summer 2022" programme will take place from June 3 to 5.
The event will feature a total of more than 30 activities and cultural, tourism and sports events, including a folk-art programme, a fashion night named "Sea colours", an art programme, and the 2022 Ocean Holic Nha Trang Music Festival.
During the summer, in Khanh Hoa, there will also a number of other exciting activities such as: a sea tourism festival, the Miss Sea Tourism Vietnam 2022 competition, a competition for making drinks and preparing dishes, an exhibition titled "Cultural characteristics of typical ethnic minorities in the South-Central Coast and Central Highlands", and Coffee Festival.
In the field of sports, Khanh Hoa will organise tournaments including: the National Football Championship, the National Beach Sepak Takraw Championship, the Khanh Hoa Province U13 Football Tournament, and especially "VnExpress Marathon Marvelous Nha Trang 2022" organised by VnExpress Newspaper, which is expected to take place at the end of August 2022 with the participation of 5,000 - 10,000 athletes.
