At Terminal T1, Vietjet’s check-in counters are at row B – counters 7, 8, and 9. Areas to serve Vietjet’s inbound and outbound flights are synchronously designed and equipped with modern equipment and prominent branding signs to facilitate customers when checking in at the new T1 terminal.

The opening time of check-in counters for international flights is still three hours before the departure time and the closing time for check-in counters is 50 minutes before the departure time.

Transfering the terminal from T2 to T1 aims to meet the Yangon International Airport’s renovation requirements as well as Vietjet’s development, while providing the best services for passengers flying to and from Yangon. Terminal T1 of Yangon International Airport, inaugurated in March 2016, is one of the main gateways greeting visitors to Myanmar.

Since its first flight to Yangon in 2015, Vietjet has played an important role in connecting and promoting cooperation between two countries, while meeting the demands for travel and trade from tourists and the two countries’ people.

Following the “Consumer Airline” model, Vietjet is continually opening new routes, adding more aircraft, investing in modern technology, and offering more added-on products and services to serve all the demands of customers.
