Enjoying attractive dishes at the Asian Cuisine Festival

Hundreds of famous dishes such as udon noodles, tteokbokki, takoyaki, fish cakes, pancakes and dimsum from Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, or typical Vietnamese dishes such as snail rice noodles, Nem tai (fresh pig’s ear spring rolls), Nom bo kho (dried beef salad), and pig tripe were introduced to Hanoi customers at the Asian Cuisine Festival 2019.

With the theme "Enjoying Asia", the cuisine festival took place from January 12 to 13 at Quan Ngua Stadium, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi.

More than 200 special street foods were introduced. The festival was expected to attract more than 50,000 people.

Most of the dishes at the festival were quite familiar to gourmets.

The cheese cake was cleverly prepared from the hands of the chefs.

Colorful dumplings attract visitors.

Besides dishes from other Asian countries, many typical Vietnamese dishes were also introduced at the festival.

The event was also an opportunity for catering business enterprises in Hanoi to introduce and promote excellent street food to the community.
