With a total investment of US$100 million, the project covers a total area of 13ha at Xuan Thieu Beach in Hoa Hiep Nam ward, Lien Chieu district, Da Nang city.
The Japanese-style resort and entertainment centre will offer awater park, a hotspring, a 250m swimming pool, an ecological garden, Japanese cuisine and more.
The first phase of the project is expected to begin operation in 2020 and the entire project is scheduled for completion in 2021 which will offer a 500-room resort.
General director of Mikazuki Group, Yoshimune Odaka, said that the resort and recreation centre is expected to become a place for people to experience a taste of Japan.
He noted that the group will make every effort to effectively carry out the project, creating a five-star complex of hotel, tourism, and entertainment at Xuan Thieu Beach while promoting the image of Da Nang to partners of the group as well as to Japanese investors.
