Several solutions to strengthen the digitalisation of tourism services were proposed, contributing to improving the stages of applying for travel permits and booking services during visitors’ journeys.

The improvement of tourism products, infrastructures, environment, the quality of human resources, and information and technology application were core issued mentioned at the third session themed “Improving visitors’ experience at the destinations”.

“What does Vietnam do to develop aviation, for tourism’s development’ was the main content of the fourth session. The delegates identified the shortcomings and then discussed the measures to improve the capacity of the country’s aviation sector.

The Vietnam Travel & Tourism Summit 2019, themed “For Vietnamese tourism to really take off”, was under the framework of the Vietnam Private Sector Economic Forum.
