Management Board Director Phan Ho said Towers K and H, which were restored by Vietnamese and Indian experts during the 2016-2019 period, are now ready to welcome visitors.

Tickets will be cut 30% from June 1 to September 1 for tourists and 50% for local people visiting in groups.

Children aged under 16 can enter for free, and prices on all souvenirs have been cut 10%.

Once the religious and political capital of the Champa Kingdom, My Son Sanctuary is located within a hilly landscape in Duy Phu commune, Duy Xuyen district, about 70km southwest of central Da Nang city and 40km from Hoi An ancient town.

It is comprised of eight groups of 71 monuments built from the 7th to 13th centuries.

The sanctuary was recognised as a world cultural heritage site by UNESCO in 1999.
