On the occasion, the provincial People’s Committee announced a tourism stimulus programme, which will run through this year with a wide range of cultural and festive events to attract more visitors to the locality.

A seminar was held in Nghe An province the same day to seek ways to revive local tourism activities post COVID-19. Delegates stressed the need to build a safe and friendly tourism environment, and design new attractive tourist products and services in order to meet the increasing demands of travellers.
