This is the first culinary tourism map to be launched in Vietnam, gathering the participation of the community, art networks, and famous food experts.

The project encourages individuals and organisations to share photos and videos on their experience of Vietnamese cuisine on social platforms.

According to the organisers, the project also includes the launching of a food technology village and a ‘Gastro Travel’ programme as well as assorted activities to support businesses working in the restaurant industry.

The project aims to develop a network of food destinations and promote food culture across the corners of Vietnam, thus advertising the essence of the country’s cuisine to international friends while attracting more visitors to Vietnam.
