The 14th Party Congress term is an extremely important phase for the entire Party and people to achieve the highest accomplishments in welcome of the Party’s 100th founding anniversary (2030). That means successfully achieving the immediate five-year goals while simultaneously laying a solid foundation for the subsequent many-year objectives.
