The seminar was held jointly by the Ministry of Public Security, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education, the Central Theoretical Council, and The Su That (Truth) National Political Publishing House.
The 62 speeches presented by delegates at the seminar analysed, clarified, and stated the meaning of the article with a focus on new awareness, ideological views, and the core values of socialism and the path towards socialism in Vietnam; clarified the value as well as theoretical and practical significance of the Party chief’s article in all aspects of politics, economics, culture, society, national defence, security, and foreign affairs in the current period; as well as the application of those ideological views into practice, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and strategies set out by the 13th National Party Congress.
The seminar contributed to mastering and spreading the value of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s works and raising awareness and political ideology of officers and soldiers of the People’s Public Security; thus contributing to the application of viewpoints and guiding ideas in the practice of police work as well as to firmly protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety.
