Enhancing Vietnam – Malaysia cooperation in effective manner

At the invitation of Prime Minister (PM) Pham Minh Chinh, his Malaysian counterpart Anwar Ibrahim and his spouse are paying an official visit to Vietnam from July 20-21. At the invitation of National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, President of the National Council of Switzerland Martin Candinas is paying an official visit to Vietnam from June 27-30. The visit demonstrates Switzerland's respect for Vietnam and is also an important parliamentary diplomacy activity as it resumes high-level delegation exchanges between the two countries following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh is paying an official visit to China and attending the 14th Annual Meeting of the New Champions (AMNC) of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Tianjin, China from June 25-28. The trip is made at the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Qiang and WEF Founder and Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab. The coming trip to China by PM Pham Minh Chinh is his first official visit there and also the first of its kind by a Government leader of Vietnam in seven years.

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is paying an official visit to Vietnam from June 3 to 4 at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. The visit, which is the first official visit to Vietnam by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese since taking office, takes place as Vietnam and Australia are celebrating their 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations (1973-2023).
