So far, the steering committee for building projects under the scheme to develop a strategy for building and perfecting a rule-of-law socialist State till 2030 with orientations to 2045 and the Editorial Team, have gathered and handled over 4,000 pages of documents from 27 sub-themes, presentations at three national seminars and conclusions of the President and Head of the Steering Committee.
Based on closely following the Party's Platform, the Constitution, the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the detailed outline, the Editorial Team has developed a draft of the scheme’s summary report of more than 200 pages in length, which the basic theoretical issues of building and perfecting the rule-of-law socialist State are clearly outlined, Ho Chi Minh Thought, the views of the Party and State, the process of formation and assessment of reality, together with principles, goals, innovations, breakthroughs and directions, tasks and solutions in building and perfecting a rule-of-law socialist state till 2030 with orientations to 2045.
President Nguyen Xuan Phuc highly appreciated the Editorial Team for distilling thousands of pages of documents to build a Collective Report for the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee to consult experts and scientists.
He urged the Editorial Team to coordinate with relevant agencies to collect opinions raised by the committee members, focusing on the working regulations, task assignments and requirements for each project.
