Themed ‘The Magic of Czech Glass’, the event is co-organised by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Hanoi, the Czech Culture in Vietnam, and the Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum.

The works on display at the exhibition include 17 exclusive handcrafted glass artworks by 13 renowned Czech artists, including Lukas Jaburek, Frantisek Jungvirt, Alena Matejka, Michaela Spruzinová, Lucie Svitorková, and Petr Stanicky.

Notably, the exhibits were created specifically for the event in Vietnam and have not yet been displayed in other countries.

The glassmaking craft in Czech has a centuries-old history and it has been well-consumed and admired throughout the world, including in Vietnam.

The exhibition is among the cultural activities in celebration of the 75th anniversary of Vietnam – Czech diplomatic relations (1950-2025).

It will run until June 13 at 66 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
