The organising committee has guided and divided traffic flow from Dong Hoi Commune headquarters to Lai Da Village Cultural House and at the same time, arranged electric cars to take people from Dong Hoi Commune headquarters to Lai Da Village gate, to register to pay their respects to General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
