Welcoming President Vladimir Putin and the Russian delegation at Noi Bai International Airport, were Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and Chairman of the CPV Central Committee's Commission for External Relations Le Hoai Trung; Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha; Chairman of the President's Office Le Khanh Hai; Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh; Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Dang Minh Khoi.
According to Russian media, President Vladimir Putin's main agenda will take place on June 20.
