National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has called on Ha Noi to swiftly translate the orientations outlined in its newly announced 100-year Capital Master Plan into concrete programmes, projects and works, emphasising that implementation effectiveness and improvements in people's living standards should be the ultimate measures of governance capacity.
