Diverse activities commemorate National Day

September 1 and 2, the peak of the four-day holiday marking the 81st anniversary of National Day, are highly anticipated by people across the country. From the capital Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City to the highlands, coastal areas, and the nation’s border regions, each locality has chosen its own way to celebrate, coming together to create a vibrant picture stretching across the country’s three regions.

Party, State leaders pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh

A delegation of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee, the State, the National Assembly and the Government on August 28 morning laid a wreath and paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum in Ha Noi on the occasion of the 81st National Day (September 2, 1945–2026).
