Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son outlined three priorities for APEC economies, including boosting internal trade and investment, and that with external partners, enhancing the regional connectivity of infrastructure, institutions, and people-to-people exchanges, and taking advantage of digital transformation as a new growth engine.

State President Luong Cuong received Cho Hyun-sang, Chair of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) 2025 and Vice Chairman of the Republic of Korea’s Hyosung Group, along with ABAC members representing the 21 APEC economies on July 15.
