General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Board of the Central Military Commission, and Head of the General Department of Politics of the Viet Nam People's Army, together with a working delegation from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence, paid a working visit to the Academy of Politics, on November 19.
