Having thoroughly grasped the guidelines of people-based national defence, in recent years the Provincial Party Committee and Military High Command of Lang Son Province have synchronously implemented numerous effective measures to build the province's military into an elite, streamlined, and strong force, serving as exemplary and typical forces deserving of the trust entrusted by the Party committees, authorities, and people.
