The first calibration flight on the second runway at Phu Quoc International Airport was completed successfully on July 27 despite heavy rain and reduced visibility, marking a key milestone in the airport's expansion project ahead of APEC 2027, according to Sun Group.

Long Thanh Airport (Dong Nai) officially welcomed its first calibration flight on September 26. The event marks an important technical milestone in the roadmap towards the basic completion of the project by December 19, 2025, and its operation in the first half of 2026.
