The digital platform for civil judgment enforcement has been rolled out nationwide. The launch marks a major turning point, opening a new chapter for civil judgment enforcement — one driven by data, with greater transparency in procedures and modernised judicial public services, ultimately serving the people and upholding the rule of law.

Digital platform for civil judgment enforcement launched

The Ministry of Justice on December 12 officially launched the national digital platform for civil judgment enforcement along with the intelligent operations centre for the civil judgment enforcement system, within a conference in Ha Noi to roll out tasks for civil and administrative judgment enforcement in 2026.

NA to scrutinise draft law on corruption prevention, control

Lawmakers are scheduled to discuss in groups the draft revised Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement; the draft revised Law on Judicial Expertise; and the draft Laws amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Corruption Prevention and Control and the Law on Intellectual Property, within the framework of the 15th National Assembly (NA)’s 10th session on November 5.
