Ho Chi Minh City's leaders held a working session on August 24 with young officials from the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV), Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) and Cambodian People’s Party (CPP), who are on a fact-finding tour in the southern metropolis.
