The upcoming official visit to Singapore by Member of the Political Bureau and Permanent Member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) Central Committee Tran Cam Tu demonstrates the two countries’ determination to turn common perceptions and high-level agreements into concrete programmes, projects and cooperation outcomes, according to Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Manh Cuong.
