The Viet Nam - Cuba friendship exchange, co-hosted by the Vietnamese and Cuban embassies in Venezuela, once again highlighted the enduring solidarity that has bound the two nations through decades of shared struggle and global outreach.

First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba Central Committee and President of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez and his spouse are scheduled to pay a state visit to Viet Nam and attend the ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of the success of the August Revolution and the National Day of Viet Nam from August 31 to September 2.

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (CPC) held a solemn ceremony at the Palace of the Revolution in Havana on August 25 to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Viet Nam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 – 2025), showing the Caribbean nation’s special sentiment for Viet Nam.
