Minister of National Defence Gen. Phan Van Giang held talks with Minister of Defence Industry of Azerbaijan Vugar Mustafayev in Ha Noi on December 25.

A delegation from the Viet Nam Ministry of National Defence, led by Deputy Chief of the General Department of Defence Industry Maj. Gen Phan Thi Hoai Van recently paid a courtesy call to Egyptian Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salah El-Din Mostafa in Cairo.
