Deputy PM stresses significance of National Day amnesty round
The amnesty round on the occasion of the upcoming 80th National Day holds great significance, so the scope and eligibility criteria are expanded as compared to the April round, said Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh.
