The European Union (EU) is an important partner in Viet Nam’s foreign policy, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son affirmed at a meeting with EU Commissioner for Trade and Economic Security Maros Sefcovic in Ha Noi on September 26, expressing satisfaction with the tangible progress recorded in bilateral cooperation across a wide range of fields.

The amnesty round on the occasion of the upcoming 80th National Day holds great significance, so the scope and eligibility criteria are expanded as compared to the April round, said Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh.
