The construction of a Big Data system and the promotion of AI applications in lawmaking and enforcement are identified as necessary steps for judicial reform and the improvement of the legal system in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 66/NQ-TW and Resolution No. 57/NQ-TW of the Politburo.
