The Department of Mothers and Children under the Ministry of Health in coordination with the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids (CTFK) of the US organised a November 4–5 training course in Ha Noi to improve the capacity to manage and evaluate child drowning prevention for local officials in the context of the current administrative unit arrangement.
