In line with efforts to renew leadership methods and improve the management of Party organisations and members, Phu Tho Province is accelerating digital transformation throughout its Party organisation and building sector. Key priorities include standardising the Party membership database, introducing the electronic party member handbook and modernising management and administration through digital platforms.
