With the Resolution on universal preschool education for children aged 3 to 5 just adopted by the National Assembly, children will now receive greater attention in terms of early scientific care and education, laying a solid foundation from the outset. Children in remote and disadvantaged areas will also be prioritised in terms of access to education.
