After three years of implementing the 2022 Petroleum Law, practice shows that many obstacles remain, affecting the progress of procedures in petroleum activities. The draft amended Petroleum Law is expected to improve the legal framework, simplify procedures and increase enterprises’ autonomy, thereby unlocking resources and accelerating the development of the energy industry.
