The 24th Viet Nam Film Festival opened with a ceremony at Thong Nhat Hall in Ho Chi Minh City on November 21, in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh.

The 24th Viet Nam Film Festival is an occasion to honour artists, celebrate creativity, and promote national cultural pride, while also opening opportunities for cooperation between cinema and tourism, as well as between culture and the creative economy.

This year’s film festival is a journey through many stories and vivid images, showcasing the beauty, cultural diversity, traditions, and people of Asia to international friends.
