Viet Nam has been gradually building a unified data space, expanding connectivity and data-sharing capabilities and enabling data to circulate more widely. Alongside efforts to perfect shared architecture and platforms and establish a framework for the data market, the key challenge is how to harness this resource safely and effectively to create value for governance, production, business and innovation.
