To facilitate administrative procedures and digital transactions for foreigners residing and working in the locality, police in the central province of Khanh Hoa are actively implementing a 50-day campaign to issue level-2 digital ID accounts, following a nationwide direction from the Ministry of Public Security.

The Immigration Division of southern Dong Nai province has issued Level-2 electronic identification (e-ID) accounts to over 200 foreign residents during the first two days of implementation, as part of the Ministry of Public Security’s 50-day campaign running from July 1 through August 19.

The final round of the first Vietnamese eloquent contest for foreigners in central Viet Nam – Da Nang 2025 was held on May 31, by the Da Nang Union of Friendship Organisations and the University of Education – University of Da Nang.

Leaders of the central city of Da Nang hailed contributions by the community of foreigners to local development at a meeting held on January 6, ahead of the Lunar New Year ( Tet ) festival.
