French National Order of Merit conferred upon Prof, Dr Le Danh Tuyen
On the evening of July 16, in Ha Noi, French Ambassador to Viet Nam Olivier Brochet presented the French National Order of Merit with the rank of Knight to Professor, Doctor Le Danh Tuyen on behalf of the French Republic.
