The Ha Noi Party Committee held a conference on November 4 to announce the Politburo’s decision assigning Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Chairman of its Inspection Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc as Secretary of the Ha Noi Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.
