Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has stressed the urgent need to enhance the effectiveness of the negotiation and implementation of international commitments and agreements so as to step up foreign affairs and international integration while strengthening Viet Nam’s prestige and stature in the world to support the realisation of strategic development goals, including double-digit growth for 2026–2030.
