President of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) Alvaro Lario affirmed that IFAD attaches importance to its cooperation with Viet Nam and appreciates the country’s proactive and responsible engagement within IFAD, including its participation in the Fund’s replenishment cycles.
