The 17th Ha Noi People’s Council approved the investment policy for a project to renovate, upgrade, redevelop and restructure the area around Hoan Kiem Lake and its surroundings at its seventh session (a thematic session) on October 28.

Pursuant to a recently approved National Assembly resolution adjusting the project’s investment policy, the Lao Cai–Ha Noi–Hai Phong railway project will receive an additional 86 trillion VND in investment capital.
