Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Japanese Ambassador to Viet Nam Ito Naoki on the sidelines of an investment promotion conference in Thanh Hoa province on March 29 morning.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on March 17 received Japanese Ambassador to Viet Nam Ito Naoki, calling on Japan to support Viet Nam in ensuring energy security amid disruptions to global oil supply chains caused by tensions in the Middle East.

Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hoang Long and Japanese Ambassador to Viet Nam Ito Naoki co-chaired the 4th High-Level Meeting of the Asia Zero Emissions Community (AZEC) Initiative between Viet Nam and Japan and the 2nd High-Level Meeting of the Project Acceleration Platform (PAP) in Ha Noi on November 17.

Japan stands as one of Da Nang’s top strategic partners in its push for global integration, especially in smart city development, hi-tech industries, semiconductors, sustainable tourism, education-training, quality health care, and workforce development, said Vice Chairwoman of the municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi.
