The Saigon Professional Chefs Association and the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, in coordination with China's LiangZhiLong Food Group, recently organised the Viet Nam-China Culinary Quintessence Exchange 2026, featuring a cooking competition between professional chefs from the two countries.
