The digitisation of Party member records marks an important change in Party organisation and building, requiring accuracy, rigour, and confidentiality at every stage. In Lam Dong, a 90-day intensive campaign to digitise records and establish Party member databases is being implemented in a coordinated manner, from the provincial level down to grassroots organisations.
