National Assembly (NA) Secretary General and Chairman of the NA Office Le Quang Manh chaired a press conference in Ha Noi on August 24 to announce the results of the 16th NA’s first extraordinary session.

Party General Secretary To Lam, who is head of the central steering committee for perfecting institutions and laws, chaired its thematic meeting on August 5, during which he stressed that all legal bottlenecks that have been identified must be addressed early and thoroughly to prevent them from hindering development.
